L’Affittacamere Centro Storico is situated into the “Borgo Vecchio” of Raiano, a small village in the province of L’Aquila and in the centre of the Abruzzo Region.
The accomodation is situated next to important buildings of high historical value that in the past hosted famous people. Thanks to its complex structure, the area is often used for different kinds of performances all over the year. The bed and breakfast has been obtained from an old valuable building built around 1700, completely restored. The activity is situated near the main square, it allows the customers to get easily all services necessary for their staying.
Coming to Raiano we recommend to visit the suggestive Eremo di San Venanzio, martyr of Roman period, or to take part to various archetrekking organized by local associations to explore Roman aqueduct, an hydraulic building of about 2000 years ago or to visit cave painting in a place called Rava Tagliata.
